The renovation of IBM in Hortolândia, São Paulo, was built by Grupo Maciel, from demolition to millwork. A 2,500 m² corporate project.
The project arose from a complex need: after a corporate separation, IBM's operation had to become physically independent. Maciel made all building systems autonomous and created new access points and reception areas to organize employee flow, with the rigor a corporate environment of this size demands.
